Appointments, Fees & Rebates

Momentum Allied Health is based in Melbourne, Victoria. Outreach services are also available subject to availability and logistics. Consultations are available face-to-face in Melbourne and regional Victoria* or online through telehealth Australia-wide. Appointments are available Monday to Friday. Standard appointments are 50 minutes in length. Extended sessions may be available on request depending on your individual needs. A referral from your GP is not required, but is needed in order to receive a Medicare rebate.

 If a session is cancelled within 48 hours of its schedule time, you will be charged 50% of the session fee. 

If a session is cancelled within 24 hours of its scheduled time, you will be charged 100% of the session fee. 

In the event that you need to cancel your appointment within the cancellation policy, you will be offered a telehealth appointment as an alternative in the first instance. 

Please note that cancellations are marked at the time they are completed (e..g, via email or phone) as opposed to the time they are received. Cancelled sessions are not eligible for a Medicare rebate.
